Ash Wednesday

Rev Tim led a wonderful service this morning and our school councillors read the prayers very well. Towards the end of the service the children and adults were invited to receive an ash cross on the forehead, an Anglican tradition to mark the beginning of Lent and remind us of our mortality.

Christingle Workshop

School council ran a fantastic Christingle Workshop at lunchtime today. Children paid £1 which goes to the Children’s society and then made their own Christingle to take home. They also took a book mark to remind them of what each part of the Christingle represents. Thank you School Council!

Children in Need
