Musical Instrument Lessons & Rock Bands

All musical instrument lessons and rock band rehearsals start straight back this term from day one. Please send your child to school with their instruments and music on their usual days. A few photos and videos are attached from the rock bands’ concert last term.

Years 1 & 2 Music

Years 3 & 4 Singing

A special mention for Years 3 & 4 who have taken their singing to a new level this term. Incorporating some more advanced points of vocal technique they learnt to sing a selection of songs in two or more parts and then performed them to an impressive standard. Well done Years 3 & 4!

Years 5 & 6 Music

A full, exciting term in music lessons for Years 5 & 6 began with a project on Rock Music. We explored and defined the genre as the classes compared and sang some classic songs. PE with Reception on Friday 22/10/21!!!

During our lesson on Friday, we were tackling various challenges and obstacle courses such as: sack race, bean bag balance. These challenges helped with running, jumping, throwing and catching, just to name a few. Reception did really well with understanding the challenges and how to tackle them. I’m really proud of them, Mr Tobi.
