We used paint, marbles and a good old-fashioned storage tray to make our own splatter-style paintings in Year 4 on Friday.
We looked at examples of Pollock’s work and discussed how we can respond to art in many different ways, from admiring the skills involved to just having a personal reaction to a piece of art that we may not be able to explain.
