As you are aware this week is Children’s Mental Health Week, here are some videos and photos of what we have been up to today in class.
Below you will see some photos of us meditating (meditation for kids by Sada on Spotify is AMAZING!) during meditation we listened to a story about us riding a dolphin, and our worries and concerns being washed away by the waves.
As part of our homework this week you will have noticed we were talking positively about ourselves. Some of us read these out to the class.
We also used ‘talk partners’ to say something kind one to our partner. We faced each other and took it in turns to say something nice, for example “you are really good at running” and “you are nice to people”
