The Canterville Ghost at the Unicorn Theatre

Years 3 and 4 had a fantastic time at the Unicorn Theatre yesterday, watching their adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s The Canterville Ghost. The play had plenty of ghostly goings-on, moments that made us all jump, some incredible illusions and lots of laughs. We particularly enjoyed the antics of Stars and Stripes, the terrible twins.

Thank you to the volunteers that accompanied us, it is so important to us to be able to enrich the children’s learning by offering opportunities to experience live performance and we cannot do it without your help.

If you haven’t already visited, do pop in to the Unicorn, it’s only 11 minutes on the train from Blackheath, has lots of free family events and tickets to shows there are often cheaper than going to the cinema. If your child has a Zip Oyster card (easily available via the TfL website) then they travel around London free or at a greatly reduced rate.
