As part of our Black History celebrations, Year 1 have been learning about Alma Thomas. Alma Thomas was an African-American artist best known for her colourful abstract paintings. She started a successful art career during times of segregation and became a huge influence to young and old. Come and have a look at some examples of our artwork on display.
