I am delighted to inform you that we have been successful in our bid to renovate the school toilets. Many of you may be aware that this has been a lengthy process and this is a very welcome outcome!
Thanks to the staff and children who helped to back the bid through their feedback and letters to the Diocese. Thanks also to the governors who helped behind the scenes to get us to this point. Thanks finally to all our families who pay the £26 annual capitation – this is another example of why it is so important!
The plans have already gone out to tender and will be completed during the summer holidays. The plans include:
- a complete overhaul of the staff/visitor toilets which will incorporate a wheelchair -accessible toilet
- a significant refurbishment of the junior toilet blocks as well as an update to the infant toilet blocks
