On Tuesday, Year 5 travelled to the East End to visit The Ragged School. They all embraced the opportunity to dress up as Victorian children and experienced what life would have been like for a child over 100 years ago. Copperplate lettering, mnemonics and arithmetic were on the schedule for the day. They decided St Margaret’s may not be so bad after all!
If all that excitement wasn’t enough, today we had our class assembly. All the children should be congratulated for performing so confidently. Well done Year 5!
