Science week ended with a fitting tribute to one of the greatest scientific minds of our time. Today in assembly, the children looked back at the life of Professor Hawking and among other things, we reflected on the difficulties he faced as a result of motor neuron disease. We also took inspiration from the fact that these difficulties did not deter him from being successful and living life to the full!
